Membership & Boundaries
Core membership is made up of the County Councillors whose electoral division falls wholly or partially within the boundary of that County Local Committee. The Committee can invite others to attend either for whole meetings or specific items. Participation is welcomed from anyone living or working in the area. Only County Councillors have formal voting rights on county business, but they are likely to take informal soundings from time to time, and also to look for local help in progressing projects and activities.
